Get an account

One Lexbox account signs you in everywhere: the lexbox.org website, Send/Receive in FieldWorks or WeSay, and FieldWorks Lite.

Register

Go to lexbox.org and choose Register. You need a name, an email address and a password — or use Register with Google to skip the password. Your email address is also your Send/Receive login.

Lexbox then sends you a verification email. Follow its link soon: until your address is verified you cannot join or request a project. Use Resend verification email on the banner if it never arrived.

If you used Language Depot in the past, your account still works — log in with your email address or your old Send/Receive username.

Join your team's project

You don't attach yourself to a project; a project manager adds you. Tell your manager the email address you registered with, and the project appears under My Projects the next time you log in. Managers can also invite people who have no account yet — the invitation email contains a Join Project button that walks you through registering.

Your account settings

Account Settings (under your name, top right) lets you change your display name, your email address (the new address must be verified before it takes over) and the website's display language.

To change your password, use Reset your password instead? on that page — or Forgot your password? on the login page if you are locked out.
